Satisfy Your Curiosity!
AIL offers multi-week courses and lecture series covering a wide range of topics throughout the year. Most courses are held on weekdays between 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the AIL classroom at Lethbridge Lodge on the campus of Colby-Sawyer College. Courses range in length from three to eight weeks and are led by a volunteer study leader who wishes to share their passion for a particular subject with a curious, engaged group of their peers. Membership in AIL is required for course participation in the fall, winter, and spring terms.

In addition to course offerings, AIL is proud to offer a variety of other programming. Our regular programs include Science Pub in the fall, and Community Spotlight, field trips, and occasional lectures year-round. AIL also partners with Woodcrest Village five times throughout the year to offer programming to both Woodcrest residents and the greater community.
